Many of the youths in today's world are challenged by the negative stereotypes, definitions and categories that our society has produced for them as a means of coping with the differences in thinking and behaviour that they exhibit. In order to effectively assist our youth in transitioning into a life that is productive, rewarding and spiritually enriched, we must provide opportunities for enlightment, development and improvement.

Vision Regeneration has esatblished a set of objectives that guides our approach to assiting youth in today's world.

Our objectives are:

+	To promote individual development (spiritual, social, emotional, and educational
+	To improve the lives of individual youths and enrich the lives of families
+	To reduce violence, especially in schools
+	To effectively intervene to reduce gang membership
+	To reduce school drop outs
+	To increase school attendance and performance
+	To create safer communities
