Here’s the process to apply for media credentials for the conference:

Media Credentials Application Form
As a rule, admittance to the press conference will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis to:
- Local/regional television reporters and photographers
- Local/regional daily/weekly newspaper sports writers, columnists and photographers
- Photographers and columnists from lifestyle magazines
- Regionally-based beat writers/stringers for national wire services and media outlets
- Writers from established, nationally recognized Web sites
* Freelance and amateur photographers are not eligible for media credentials.

Media Access
Your media credentials must be worn at all times. Media credentials will give you access to the luncheon, general sessions, recognition dinner and fashion show. The credentials DO NOT include the VIP reception. There will be a media area setup during the recognition dinner, however, we welcome you to register if you would like to sit.
Registration Limits
Complimentary media registration is limited to ONE representative per media organization.
Picking up your Badge
Media badges will not be mailed, and should be picked up at the Conference Registration tables at the "Solutions" Conference. Credentials will be available beginning at 8:30am.
